I can quickly translate what this means to me. Basically, are you in touch with yourself to the degree that you understand who you are? Do you understand why you react the way you do when you are confronted with behaviors, and attitudes, regardless if they are true or not? If you can say yes, then you are within striking range of a pivotal location. You have identified where you are on the map of life, and from this place comes healing and restoration. Healing in the places where you have felt overcome by the many things of this world that came against you.
When we live a life of surrender we live in truth. We see what God wants us to see, even if at times it is difficult to look at those places. Within that life of surrender there is a calling that is vital. If you are in a place that is not good for you, then know that the Lord Jesus will want to shift you out. When the Lord is calling you out from among them, He is calling you out of a hostile environment into a place of peace, where worship soothes and comforts you. It is a place where your identity is grounded in His truth. Where acceptance and love is your portion.
Psalm 147:3 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Mathew 11:28 “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
