The Bible says that those who are in Christ, who have been reconciled back to the Father, are seen as sinless. God says that our sins are remembered no more (Hebrews 8:12), in fact, that they are as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12). This means they do not come together because the east and the west do not touch. Great news!
How do we want to remembered by those who will look back on 2020? Certainly, history will judge us as righteous or not. We are a generation of people who are a witness to incredible things happening across the globe. Some of those things are for our betterment, while others are meant to bring utter destruction to mankind. One is of God and the other is of the devil. One is for good, and one is for bad.
How we will be judged is by how we have aligned ourselves. If we stand in God’s truth, seeking discernment, wisdom, and understanding, then we will have the knowledge we need to judge these days. If on the other hand, we cast aside all godly wisdom, the ways of God, and seek instead what looks good in our own eyes, then we will certainly be deceived.
Scripture is God—breathed, which means it is God’s Word. We don’t have to judge if it is or not. Our born again spirits are a witness to its truth.
2 Timothy 3:16 “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”
