The term lock down is all to familiar these days, and yet it is not a concept that is new. When I thought of this question it was really about getting some things in place. What is interesting is that we all are prone to ignore what we know we need to give attention to, unless, we feel almost forced to do so.
For me, order and timing, go hand in hand. God is all about order, which really dictates His timing, and which we always benefit from. In fact, the Lord has been speaking to me of order quite a bit lately. He is reminding me that when things, in this life, are out of order with His plan, then it is like we are relying on a clock that is broken. Fundamentally, we will be making decisions based on a clock that is moving too fast, too slow, or not at all. Regardless, the time is wrong because we are relying on flawed information.
Wanting to do things right, according to God, is to pursue His perfect will. It means we won’t be content with His permissive will, meaning we won’t be satisfied with mediocre, when we know we access to the very best. God’s perfect will is flawless!
Romans 12:2 Amplified And do not be conformed to this world ( any longer with it s superficial values and customs), but be transformed and progressively changed (as you mature spiritually) by the renewing of your mind (focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes), so that you may prove (for yourselves) what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect (in His plan and purpose for you).
