Are you committed, and engaged, in seeing this season through to the end, or are you counting the minutes, hours, and days until you can get out? We all know that there is a vast difference. When we are involved, then we see movement and purpose, but when we have already exited, then we are closed off.
There is fruit for us in every season that God has placed us. We are here for a particular time, and this season is important to every subsequent season. Furthermore, we know that our success in those subsequent seasons builds on what we are learning right now.
If we are grumbling our way through, then we will probably find that we have a distance to still go, but if we are approaching that which has been put before us with thanksgiving, then we will certainly be blessed in the process.
2 Peter 1:3-4 His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and godliness. By these He has given us very great and precious promises, so that through them you may share in the divine nature, escaping corruption that is in this world because of evil desire.
